    Quick Sarah, lock all the doors and keep it out in the snow!!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I have done.. in fact I am actually having the occasional... 'ooh this snow is quite pretty' thought :eek: it is really heavy here now and looks to be setting in.
    Mind, my sister has had a nightmare she has had 15 inches and just up her road a burst water pipe has melted the snow then frozen in a big block. She is low on baby formula too so has sent her hubby on a mission during his tribunal break to get more. The trial is going well they offered him some money yesterday but his Barrister advised him to refuse it, today he has to do his bit but should be ok.

    Anyway off to do the bathroom I sprayed it at the end of my last HHC so better get moving now.. :D

    Mornin' all!

    My second snow day as work is closed. It's been great! We had about 17" on Tuesday night, more on Weds & it's still snowing this morning.

    DH couldn't get into work, though he can work from home so is busy phoning people. It took him & DS nearly four hours to dig our drive & paths out yesterday. He even ( & this is why I love him) dug out a path across the lawn to the shed just so 'big cat' could get to his hideout & not sink without trace. 'Little cat' takes a few steps outside & comes running back in, but 'big cat' is much more hardy!

    I made my nut roast, bread sauce & veg stuffing for me for Xmas which is now in the freezer & some orange & lemon curd for a friend's birthday. I'm going to try & walk up the village with that later.

    My list:

  • HHC overran - all bathrooms cleaned (we've been S&Sing too, so not bad :) ), tomatoes and peppers prepared and into the freezer for lunchtime soup :T. It's DH;s favourite, so it's great for us all to be able to eat together :j

    So I'll join the HHC - I'm ironing :p

    Morning lovelies! :wave:

    Thanks guys for the boot up the rear end, especially you toots as I read your post at 12.30 last night with bottom lip wobbling, you're Soooo nice it's not funny lol *mwah*

    My outlook is brighter today :j I've been busy as I was starting to sieze up due to lack of movement :eek: my job obviously keeps me in top form :D my clients have been thoroughly understanding Bless them, hoping to fit in a couple I missed this week next week so all's not lost money wise :j

    I've made the beds, tidied the bathroom (teenie and his rogue stinky socks) put shoes on and took the rubbish to the bin outside, been in the shed and retrieved the TD washing, put some more in and another load in the washer. That's tidied the floor in the kitchen. Emptied the DW and reloaded it, gave kitchen a good clean, bunged a chicken casserole in the SC, tidied the LR, found number 2 on my Calendar, it took a while lol, looked out of the window a zillion times and we have drips and meltage yay, slowly, but dripping none the less woohoo :j

    Finishing brew then gonna clear the front path with the shovel, fold washing and take it up, then go round to OH's so he can take me to get car sorted, it's still in a street outside my estate :o

    Think DD1 is coming over today but she may get a shock when she drives on my estate roads, she's straight on the main roads where she lives lol It's also my DS1's birthday today he's 27 :eek: so need to wrap his pressie and buy a card from somewhere. Will phone him now too actually.

    :hello:

    Well I'm going to be doing the kitchen in the HHC, as tbh it's not too bad, and it'll get me going.
