:eek: at CO scare. what a good advert for getting an alarm though
everyone has been so busy in their gardens. we have here too. got a lot of our veg planted in our newly aquired veg plot (we gave all the flowers in the flower bed an eviction notice!!:rotfl:) we've even started a herb garden. just need to plant some lettuce for the tortoise and we're almost done.

The last time I grew something I was probably 12 when I used to grow 'unusual' veg in my parents garden (nb this isn't a euphemism for cannabis, I used to like growing things like white beetroot, okra, kohl rabi, things that you couldn't get in the supermarkets in the late 80s)I've got my own flat :j:j

But I think the time that I weeded a row of baby cabbages and only pulled them up was just too much for mum!! :embarasse She never did believe it was an accident :rotfl:
ohhh and maybe we had better not talk about my tea and coffee making skills!!! I dont drink either and make the worst ever.. so no one takes me up on an offer of a cuppa now"Aunty C McB-Wik"

I have always said that a weed is any plant in the wrong place....but admittedly some have bigger weed tendencies than others!
