Thank you all for the good wishes. I'm feeling fine and a lot less tired!
Chimney man was supposed to get here yesterday but rang to say 'I'm stuck on a job, can I come on Thursday instead ?' I had this awful urge to giggle having visions of him stuck Father Christmas-like up a chimney. I've been out in the garden for an hour so at least got some fresh air in my lungs, well sort of, there's a distinct 'muck spreading' odour from the fields today.
I've got my first lot of frogspawn in the pond (large sunken bucket) today, Spring is definitely on the way.0 -
Glad you're feeling better greenval xx
Happy birthday to your DD Kittikins! :T :T How cheery a day that sounds! :j :j

Happy birthday to KK's DD.
On postage, just noticed that Superdrug are doing their 5% of 1st class stamps again, which is even more of a bargain as they will be going up in price in a couple of weeks time.
Just sold another £1 of onions - so that's a tenner in total. Now taken the listing off the board at work as i've got rid of my excess ones yay!0 -
Happy birthday to a very special KK Junior, 6 is a great age to be
You MUST plan something for your birthday too, although I understand it is more fun doing it for someone else
And a huge pah to the birth father - he doesn't realise what a special time he is missing and doesn't deserve her at all (rant over!)
Greenval - Thank goodness you realised what it was and took evasive action! Glad to hear you are feeling OK nowAnd thank you for another reminder that spring is on it way :T
Keiss - Thanks for the linky, they sound yum and I am sending them on to the family bakerI'm not good at cake
Pippi - to losing money. I hope you can find a cheaper place to sell or a better pricing matrix. *Wanders off wishing I had green fingers too *:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -
Greenval, glad you are ok. How scary but chuckling now at the chimney sweep stuck up a chimney!
KK happy day to little KK
Pippi, I loathe and despise the charges on ebay/paypal and to add to it I have just had my account phished by people paying money in and then out again. Luckily I caught it very quickly and rang them straight away. Havent used the account since Dec but I check my emails constantly and just happened to check 10 minutes after the first one arrived saying a payment had gone in. They said that they would sort it but I removed my bank details immediately and flagged it with the bank. They have now had the cheek to ask me to refund the monies thus leaving me with charges so negative amount on account. Rang them and ranted on about money laundering and them facilitating it so they sorted it immediately. I have closed my account and so ebay is a no go for me now.
Ooo sorry that was a rant and an half.
Good news on the extra earnings. Take care and give yourself a hug when you feel dissasociated and say "here is a hug from cherisong just for you" and imagine that it is me saying that because I love sharing hugs when people need them. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -

lucielle - dobies have golden purslane in thier catalogue, and there is also a plant that suffolk herbs sell the seed for called corn salad, also known as lambs lettuce and mache. I used to grow it for salads.. there is also land cress that is found in salads.. they are very naughty wee plants in that they all look quite similar.. lol so i hope you get to find the right one"Aunty C McB-Wik"
