Hi Pippi,
been absent a while & sorry to hear about your loss. There's no time limit on grieving; it takes as long as it takes for you to come to terms with your loss & however you feel on any particular day is perfectly valid.
I am in awe at your gardening productivity ... & I think I'm aching on your behalf.
Take care of yourself

Pippi, it is early days, take all of the time to blether that you need. Lula speaks wise words
Wow to the gardening. How do you fancy a holiday in Wales to sort my plot out? I am having an :eek: morning. Just worked out the budget for next month and realise that I am fast running out of savings and the monthly income is .........well  I so wish I had started growing vegetables so that I would at least know I could eat!
Waiting for my potato kit to arrive this month that I got for free (plus p£p of £4.95) from the grabbit boards. I might need advice - never grown any veg before. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. we have sunshine today! major turn around from yesterday's weather. I'm sure there's some garden work amongst my list of jobs to do today.0

Pippi - I might get a part share in an allotment and if I do I would be interested in babby plants (or even plant swaps).
Hopefully there is still some garden left for a small tent, though the way my year is filling up I may need to save it for 2012
I picked up potatoes to plant in the pound shop and they are being 'chitted' (I think that is the term) - which means I've put them in an empty egg box and rubbed off all but a couple of strong shoots on each one.
Cheri - I live much closer than Pippi and would be happy to come and dig your veg patch! get in touch if you need help

everyone is ahead of me
i've not even bought my baby spuds yet, let alone started to chit them. I do have 4 funny looking mini cabages in the backgarden and the leeks look like they're starting to thicken up after being mistreated by me last year.

Glad you got another day in the garden Pippi xx0 -
Blimey Cheery, stop showing off, I haven't even attempted to tidy up the garden yet
Lazy moo.....have to do a bit before DD or I (or dare I suggest it, MrA) attempt to venture out there, we'll probably all fall over the stuff/triffids!!
Never mind, there's always next weekend or another or another....0
