I'm positively giddy been out in garden all day
I've dug 3 new beds 3-4m long each
I've dug up about 100 Daffs to move
I've dug up 4m of willow hedge and replanted it in a side hedge bed
Forked over one bed
Planted 12 rasp canes - now that bed is known as 'pavlova avenue'
Unattached the original hen fence paddock on one side to extend it and dug out 5 stobs must redig them in new place soon
Now what else?
And, um made scones and crepes, hm soup, hm sausage patties with sage and now thinking about teaTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Wow Pippi!  I'm so impressed at your productivity!
Elantan, don't go being too impressed by my creativity :rotfl: I'm currently wearing turquoise and gold corset, dark red Indian wedding skirt thing (with heavy gold beading), and the world's most ludicrous headdress, with fake flowers and gold ribbon and feathers and all kinds of mad things protruding from it :rotfl: Which reminds me - I was meant to be dressing as Queen of the Entire Universe :rotfl: and got a bit carried away with gold shiney things and forgot about the planets :rotfl: Must find some glow in the dark stars to add (somehow??) to the headdress :rotfl: And I was going to make some planets to orbit round me somehow :rotfl:0 -
cheery i think that outfit sound fun and imaginative ... wish i had an imagination like that0

I just have lots of sparkly things elantan
And like to put them together at any possible opportunity
(just had two phone calls from people who said they'd come and now aren't. I HATE this bit of the evening, a couple of hours before people are meant to be here, when I start to fret that people won't turn up, that people will have forgotten and I should have reminded them, and when people actually DO start ringing to say they're not coming
Hope you're all in for a cheery evening - if you're at a lose end get yourself over here! :j :j0 -
I have had a productive day
Study for masters assignment from hell - 2 hours plus need to do another couple after Lets Dance for Comic Relief (yeah right as if!)
Cleaned the living room, bedroom and swept and mopped and hoovered the floors and stairs
Lots of washing which got soaked in a massive downpour
Then made my first ever BM pizza which was the nicest pizza I have eaten for years - yummy! No more shop bought pizzas for me after this let alone pizza delivery ones. Just realised how cheap they are to make compared to how much they cost to buy or even more get delivered!
Right better go now, Let's Dance is onfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Excuse me if I'm still a bit out of sorts and not replying properly - still a bit all over the place about grannyA - ine of her favourite phrases was
'what have you been up to in the garden darling .....' how I miss her, had a wee sit on the bench in between tasks blethered to her there.

Hi Stripes, sending hugs. I would like some baby plants at some point, going to view a house so things are on hold at the mo, too much alcohol does make typing a tad bit difficult.

pippi sounds like you've been a whirling dervish today, don't forget to stop and grab a cuppa along the way.
thanks for everyone's thoughts about the Kindle issue0 -
Ah, Pippi, of course you're still out of sorts - in fact, I'd query "still" - we're talking about months, or at least I was when there was a close death in the family, I just dont see how it can be any other way.
You did a massive amount in the garden tho! I wouldn't be able to move if I'd done that lot, lol - take care of yourself after all that!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Not surprised you are out of sorts Pippi, it takes time to get used to things like that
Lovely that you can still sit and talk to her though
I do that too
(not to GrannyA obviously :rotfl:)
Sending hugs to you and Wik, be gentle with yourselves and I hope there is laughter amid the tears. Shared memories are a wonderful thing:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0
