Hey chapses
I'm bit better
Off to catch up with you all
Big wave
and a woo hoo for cheery
Today I was brave and phoned the tax office about a query and it was OK - phew! Bit scary though, didn't know if I'd be chosen to be reviewed cos I'd been naughty or cos it was just a random thing.
Couldn't think what I'd done to be naughty! Thankfully it was just a random check.
Done 1 1/2 hours of extra work today and sold 1 doz eggs - nice end to the month. Got a pile of reduced bacon at t time - and felt decadent by buying a proper priced loaf of posh bread for tea..................
Oh, put another gold coin (£1) into my saving for pot - saving for what I'm not sure either holiday or xmas - but saving anything extra that is silver or gold in a sealed pot.
Hope you're all goodTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Dog and mouse olympics in my bedroom last night I'm bloody exhausted. Think there is a mouse in the room and doggie is trying to defend the lands under the bed- not funny at 3am.
I think I'm in the huff with himTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Poor Peedie, he's just trying to show that pesky mouse who's boss and Motherkins is in a huff with him.......!! (I'd have gone into the spare room at the first hint of a mouse scratching around, you're brave).
Glad to hear the cold is getting better, but you must have been feeling poorly to buy a full-priced loaf of bread, I'm shocked, quite franky, thought bread was only 10p on the islandDD will have a "lovely surprise" soon when she gets some of her favourite white bread for her sandwiches! After running out of bread and forgetting to buy any for 2 days, the kitchen is now awash with doughy treats!

Pippi, how nice to hear you on the road to recovery! But not good to have a bad night with dog and mouse action
