[QUOTE As someone else suggested, you need to get something in writing from your 'friend' that he has collected all his stuff, in good condition etc. and get the police to witness this if possible.
Yes already done a statement ready for him to sign;)
Also, could you take photos of his stuff, the rooms he used etc. in case there are any queries/conflicts at a later date? Just to protect your interests. The police would only be able to see he has taken the goods, not record the condition, quantities etc.
And lol - I had already thought of this and my son came round and took photo's of everything packed neatly, securely and safely. Nothing damaged/broken and a written statement to that effect, duly signed by 2 witnessess!! Also of the room he was in.:D
Not long to wait now. Stay strong, Sugar. Am doing thanks
Take care.QUOTE]
Also when packing his stuff we came across more letters addressed to the*householder* - and other letters stuffed behind furniture, he is heavily in debt and being chased by all and sundry:eek: we also found his new phone number, and other debt letters that he was hiding...I am going to inform these people where he works and pass on his new phone number:D When he comes tomorrow It aint open for negotiation about collection, it all goes at once else it will be left on the drive- despite what the Police say. I owe him nothing. My strength is slowly coming back;)
I couldn't have got this far without all of your support and advice - ever so grateful, and inner peace is slowly restoring:)

Good luck for tonight sugar, we'll all be waiting for an update. I know you are going to feel awful thinking about tonight but try and put it out of your head until tonight.
Remember if he says anything just tell him that any future contact, be that in person, on the phone or online will be passed to the police because it is harrassment and he will face charges for that. IF you does not leave you alone you could see a solicitor (you may get legal aid) and get an injunction served on him. I know they are not set in stone but at least it will show him you mean business and will not be walked over any longer and then he MAY face charges of he breaks the injunction.
I'll be thinking of you. x0 -
