When you log in you should have 2 separate accounts for both gas and electricity.
The whole set up seems entirely arbitrary and variable from customer to customer. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Other than my contact details nothing is available.
Just says my account is in credit for £x .
Try to access bills says no billing information available.
No energy tracker etc like the old account.0 -
Yoiu won't see any bills until you have completed the 1st 90 day cycle, it will just show your increasing credit balance after each DD is taken. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I received my EDF gas bill today, completely wrong prices not charged at Online Saver 7 rates but does include the £25 credit for gas as part of the £100 welcome bonus. They also seem to have changed the price on 2 March, from 2 unit prices to a standing charge and 1 unit price. Does anyone who has received a correct Online
Saver 7 bill with the correct pricing still have the change to standing charge on 2 March or does this change only apply to standard rate?0 -
Some people were reporting being charged standard rate until both fuels were switched over: i.e. they were charged standard rate on the electricity account until gas switched, (gas invariably taking 10 days or so longer to switch). No free lunch, and no free laptop0

We were told the rates for this tariff weren't changing so they ought to be as per the booklet I've got here which says.. daily charge of 24.37p and 2.639p per kwh.0

Well I seem to have had a different experience.
Switched in november (with quidco) tracked within the hour (and subsequently paid late feb). Electricity completed early december, gas late december. Unable to sign up to online systems using gas or electricity numbers. Got first gas bill january that simply had a £25 credit. No electric bill even to this day. Direct Debits going out using a similar level to my previous (scottish power) levels, usage is same so im not in a major hurry. Got a quarterly gas bill last week - still on standard tariff. This appears to be the same as everyone so far.
So I phone up EDF to get things ironed out. Spoke to Chris as edf (10 min queue using 0800 buster on my mobile inclusive minutes). Chris has backdated my gas bill to OS7 from late december switch over. Backdated the (not yet received) electric bill to the SWITCH OVER DATE (i.e. early december) as a gesture of goodwill. He also manually set up my account, pin and username number for the online system and has emailed them to me. (I needed to stay on hold for a few mins whilst he contacted the OS7 internal switching group)
So although it appears to have foobar'd up originally I must thank Chris for sorting things immediately. He also read off the new bill levels so I know it will have been done.0 -
