Well everything crossed off yesterday's list apart from run club! I did fully intend on going as it was my last chance to run before Saturday's 10k but DD has been asking to go to netball for a while. Her friends go and as it is only £1 I agreed. Last night I took her for the first time and came away fuming with the lady who runs the netball  I ended up complaining to the guy on the door and was then late home and didn't have enough time to get changed and get to run club in time.

Today......well today's list is quite small really.

    Friend's house tonight - she's going through a hard time :(

Think that will do. I've got some bits and pieces to do around the house but I'll just potter around and do them as I go.

Off to see of the loan payment has gone out today.

Spending over the last couple of days

    £1 DD netball
    £2.99 plasters
85p drink for DS at the hosp this morning
£10 loom bands *rolls eyes* for DD
    £2.90 bus fare to church
£3.91 biscuits and hair bands. Hair band costs will be refunded from my business account so technically only £1 spent there
£5 will be spent on DD dancing later

That seems like quite a bit. I could have avoided the drink and biscuits had I taken some snacks with me this morning. :o The bus fare was unavoidable as I had quite a bit to take with me so I couldn't walk/run there. The loom bands......well if you have kids at the moment then you will understand! What is the fascination with tiny little rubber bands?? And why do they cost so much???

Thank you both. 25% was a mental barrier and I've passed that now. (Just)

May Challenge is looking better now as well. £71.87 to find by the end of the month. Should be doable as I get paid from my 2nd job tomorrow for 2 night's work. I think that should come in around £70. So I'm almost there. Must check if I owe any money to the savings account though as I can't remember how much I moved last time I got paid.

I managed to cross everything off my list again today with the exception of going to a friend's house. She text me earlier asking if I could pop round tomorrow instead so I am having a quiet evening tonight. Both kids wanted DH to take them to bed so I am making the most of the peace and quiet :D

*fanfare* make that £1.87 to find :T

Payday from 2nd job today. £71 exactly. Lonely £1 sent to savings and £70 paid off the loan.

I did debate whether to send the whole amount to the loan to almost be at my target for the month. But I can see my savings growing and my car is due a service next week so need all the pennies I can get for that. I decided that the £1 would be better served in the savings. I'm sure I can manage to find £1.87 by the end of the month ;)
