We have no snow here at all, it tried but was a bit of a no-goerI love snow, probably because we very rarely have it.

a good 8 inches here in the London bit of Kent and it has started snowing again. DH has been stuck at London Bridge for about an hour and a half. Considering Bromley Borough extends right out into the North Downs you would think that they would be equipped to deal with the roads in winter, but no, same as last year and the year before - no gritting, no snowploughs. DD whinged because she had to walk a mile home from school because I wouldn't drive to pick her up from school in the car (we live on an ungritted 1 in 8 hill) but all her friends who were picked up by 4x4 driving parents got stuck in traffic for over 2 hours this afternoon.
I might try and walk up to the village tomorrow and get some chocolate milkshake to make mocha coffee. I don't drink coffee but that sounds gorgeous. It's not that I hate coffee, I'm just not that interested (unless it's coffee and walnut cake). I probably only drink about a dozen cups of pure coffee a year.
Funny that I'm not indifferent at all to a glass of wine. I'm sitting here with one now waiting for poor DHIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0 -
Only one centimeter of snow here in the North. But it is so cold that the snow only slightly melted and then froze again. So now we have a nice centimeter of ice. Still looks beautiful.
And it is official - I am a magnet for Magic buses. Even today the bus came immediately I got to the bus stop and run like clockwork. Why can't atracting other things be so easy. I am a magnet for good will and prosperity!!!
