First grab yourself a blizzard, throw your blankets on the sofa and grit your teeth and put on the central heating - line yourself up with something suitable to watch whilst you sip the following (we are introducing DS2 to Pinnochio this afternoon).
This is as easy as one, two, three and tastes just like those expensive mocha coffee's you get at the posh and expensive shops.
In a bowl mix:
1 cup of instant coffee
2 cups of chocolate nesquick or LIDL chocolate milkshake powder
3 cups dried milk powder
Pour into a jar, mine is stored in one of those spring clip preserving jars, which with a bow and a brown paper label of instructions would make a pretty good Xmas pressie now I think of it.
To make up add 3 tbsp powder to a mug of boiling water - I do one to take with me on the school run in one of those insulated mugs.
Even better topped with what the kids call "Squirty cream" :rotfl:

OOh might have a go at that, but got no dried milk powder in at the moment.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
It's snowing heavily here!
MG: Glad to see you back and with broadband.
I need some prodding or pointing in the right direction. I am so fed up of feeling bleugh and broke (see my diary for full story) that at the moment can't see a way forward. I know part of it is bronchitis but I feel I've lost my positivity and way!:mad:Any suggestions please?Debt at start of DMP 1/6/09: £2942 - £1942

Hi Lucielle - got two requests out, but if you know of somewhere convenient to yourself I am open to other suggestions.

How's everyone doing with the 50 day challenge - are we really 30 days in?!
Mine's looking a bit like this..
1. Finish mentoring course and arrange next steps
One week to go, and am ahead with my assignments. All good feedback so far. Still not heard anything re teaching, and not sure what I'll do next in this area.
2. Finish philosophy course and arrange next steps
A few days left on this course, have completed all the work and submitted my assignment. Enrolled (and paid!) on OU course and started some background reading. Worked out credit transfer arrangements for OU degree.
3. Post on blog at least 2 times a week and build up a following
Plodding along with this. Have had about 200 views on my main blog since I started which isn't too bad.
4. Get debt down to £7k
Down to £7182 so December payday (before Christmas) should sort this out.
5. Lose 10lb
Lost 3lb.
6. Do something to work on my lack of confidence
Up and down although I do feel that the courses I've been on and a few events have helped me make big steps. Have done some things that I would definitely have avoided before (awkward phone calls etc). Off to another course tomorrow on confident communicating.
Generally happy with all of that, although most of it was stuff I was doing anyway so it doesn't feel like a massive achievement.. now what can I do next year....Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Waves at MG - glad to have you back with us missus :T
First of all, huge (((hugs))) Robsmum.
Bronchitis is nasty and will definitely leave you feeling bleugh. The first thing is to allow yourself to be ill. If you have to work then any time you are not at work must be spent allowing yourself to heal - sleep, keep warm, drink plenty and rest.
I know how frustrating being poorly is but you haven't lost your way - everything is just on "hold" for the moment. As MG told me, the matrix will still be here when you come out the other side.
Tiny little TADA lists helped me ie do 1 small job TADA!!! sit down, rest; rinse & repeat.0 -

Looks like the Matrix has been revamped as things have moved around. Logged on this morning and been logged in ever since (I think). But just got in there now.
Love the commission Claire, they should be very happy with it.0 -
