Afternoon all, I'm home from work today too - doing what I can but I have a very poorly car with no brakes so not the best idea to drive it in the snow/ice!

I'm sending another complaint letter today about my PC - normally I would be soft and not want the hassle but I'm really fed up now and sick of being treated like a pushover.

Does anyone else find when they have an unplanned day at home there's so much to do you wonder how you ever get anything done when you're working?!

For those that requested the Mocha Coffee recipe.

First grab yourself a blizzard, throw your blankets on the sofa and grit your teeth and put on the central heating - line yourself up with something suitable to watch whilst you sip the following (we are introducing DS2 to Pinnochio this afternoon).

This is as easy as one, two, three and tastes just like those expensive mocha coffee's you get at the posh and expensive shops.

    In a bowl mix:

    1 cup of instant coffee
2 cups of chocolate nesquick or LIDL chocolate milkshake powder
    3 cups dried milk powder

Pour into a jar, mine is stored in one of those spring clip preserving jars, which with a bow and a brown paper label of instructions would make a pretty good Xmas pressie now I think of it.

To make up add 3 tbsp powder to a mug of boiling water - I do one to take with me on the school run in one of those insulated mugs.

Even better topped with what the kids call "Squirty cream" :rotfl:
