  • Not had much time to post this week (and actually if I am honest got nothing to post about :o) as I've been working full time this week.
Not had chance to clean the house properly so tomorrow I have to push the vac round downstairs, clean kitchen and bathroom. The rest of it as far as I am concerned can wait. Not wasting all my time on Xmas eve cleaning :o
So stress free, wish I was feeling tip top but this cold virus is hanging round longer than the snow! All ready I think for Christmas but hey what isn't done won't matter I say. Looking forward to time with the kids and family and eating some good food.

Hope those of you feeling stressed, unwell or feeling a general malaise shake it off soon xx

If I don't pop back before I want to wish every single one of you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year
Looking forward to seeing what we can all achieve (individually as well as together) in 2011 :D :T

    Evening all

finished work until the 4th Jan, Shopping has been delivered, meat is defrosting in a lovely clean kitchen courtesy of DS1. I feel better than I have (although still way under par!) and tomorrow will consist of FIL coming to exchange presents, DH working 11 to 6, bathing the kids and cooking meats/prepping veg.

One or two bits to wrap and then thats it. Ready. Let the festivities commence!

Here's wishing you all the Christmas you wish for and every success in the New Year

  • Hope that everyone has a peaceful and happy time over the festive period.
Remember SUMO, If it won't be important in six months time it is not worth getting angry or upset about it now, so if it's not done it's not done, relax and have a wonderful Christmas.

TDQ - Thank you sooo much I had forgotten about SUMO (shut up and move on ;)). I shall practice over the hollingdays :j

FW - If you can't stay still then don't - go for a brisk walk to use up the adrenaline (or if it is dark, do forward bends to calm the kidneys and adrenals). Anyway it's gonna be good sledging weather because it is sooo cold. There is good sledging at Lyme Park and if you are not in the National Trust PM me and you can borrow my card for the cark park ;)

Wishing everyone peace and happiness to all for 2011

Think of me being nice to stressed customers until 5pm, then re-dressing the store for 'Clearance' on Monday ... and the best bit, my contract ends today, so I get to put my feet up on Monday ... YEAH :j:beer::j

    Good morning

Got more washing to sort (ds2 had accident again) then I'm showering and going to have a baking session :) the house is still gleaming so I only need to hoover the rug :) (wht does it attract bits the minute you have hoovered it)

I wanted to get up early and I had my wish :) Thornton's delivery arrived this morning at 8.15 :) not waiting for any parcels now :)

DH and DS2 have gone to get fresh veg and fruit etc , there are a few parcels to be wrapped other than that we are ready :) My neighbour is picking my mum up at 11 so she can spend xmas with us :)

So if I don't managed to get on here before tomorrow again, I would like to wish everyone a very Merry xmas and a happy 2011, and to thank you all in the support you have given me, trying to build the jewellery sales up to enable me to get off Benefits :) A long way to go yet but with a bit of hard work I will get there :)
