Hi all, wee bit snowy up here but not bad. had the wellies in and waddled into work to give various gifts today and get mine. Work have given EVERY employee in retail a £30 shopping voucher and some chocolate. They are SO kind. Trekked round looking at new flats to rent today but having seen the right toozy houses some folk stay in, I'm staying where I am!!!

Did anyone manage to catch the eclipse this morning. Apprently we only get a lunar eclipse and the Winter Solstice on the same day just once every 400 years. So today is the shortest day wich means we will start to see it fractionally lighter from now on, yay, At least one bright spot till this horrible weather changes. I just wish temperatures would rise a little, its minus 1 here atm, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Stay safe and warm everyone x

Bah, I missed it!

Mind you, just grateful to be inside a nice warm house at the minute - we're heading up to Thurso (or trying to :rotfl:), and yesterday I wasn't even convinced we'd get this far! (we're just outside of Inverness). Sending positive, thawing vibes to the universe, and service-running vibes to the train company for the lunchtime train! :T
