EEk! Well I've done a lot of sitting about today so need to go and sort the flat now. SC is on though and dinner smells lovley. It's chicken thighs with stock, garlic, lemon, rosemary and thyme with a bit of black pepper and chilli thrown in. MMMMMM.'The road to a friends house is never long'0

Well just taken the normal loaf out of the airing cupboard it has risen lovely and is now cooking in the oven

Mousie brushed my hand as I tipped it out over the fence :eek::eek:, I jumped skyhigh and dropped everything, so now the bin is lying just out of reach on far side of the fence, in deep snow. Thanks, Fantasia. Plumber has been and new part fitted. Unfortunately, another part needs replacing too, which wasn't obvious until he'd replaced the first one. Grrrr. I've just ordered it so let's hope it gets here faster than the last one did! My "stiff upper lip" is starting to wobble now.0
