I ask because 2 of my orders were dispatched yesterday and they have obviously (well supposed to have) sent them via Hermes. I can't track them.

It takes about 24 hours after despatch to show up, orders that I had despatched yesterday are not trackable yet, orders despatched on the 22nd however, are trackable. Try again tonight, or in the morning

i got this on the last glitch and i still got my items so hopefully you will still get yours

Can someone please clear something up for me because I am confused.

If you order says "shipped" and there is a "Track Order" beside it this means it's with Hermes....right?

If you order says shipped and the email says it's with Royal Mail that means you cannot track it.....right?

I am only asking because it seems the Hermes delieveries are not being fulfilled, if I am understanding correctly? I may have it completely wrong. Just trying to get it straight in my head

It would appear that way, if there is a "Track order" then it's with Hermes and if it just reads "Shipped" then it's with Royal Mail

mine says on the email its royal mial it says the following:

Just to let you know...
Your order is with Royal Mail and on its way to you. It should be delivered within the next 4 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

All of mine are with RM then, don't know if this is going to make any difference or not. My daughter has one she can track with Hermes.

i think this means its too early to track, ie u should be able to track tonight or tomorrow

Yeah that's the email. I am talking about what the ASOS status is saying. If I remember correctly with the last glitch all the emails said they were with RM but some of my orders had the tracking and came delivered by Hermes.
