    Something the OH ordered hadn't arrived so contacted them & they sent a replacement, but the origanal order turned up today so have 2 lots. What's best to do? Keep quiet or be honest & send one back??

    Got all orders but one which reads "not received by courier" anyways i emailed them a few times and got replies saying wait a bit longer because Royal Mail can take a while, even though it was being couriered. So they said if I hadn't heard by the 6th then to write back to them. Just written back now and they are sending out a replacement and it'll be with me tomorrow.

    ASOS it turns out I still love you :)

    Got the last of my orders today - including the one they confirmed as missing and sent a replacement for :D
    Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

    i was given a voucher today for a lost item, it looks like i can only use it because it has part of my email on the code given. havent used it yet though.

    just tried it and it doesnt work on other account. got error message as already been used. sorry:(
