    received 4 orders but 1 missing. it says it was despatched when my other items were but i received my other items 4 days ago. dont know if i should call them or wait a bit longer. just be my luck for it to go missing in the post:( at least i got 4 of my orders:)

    I'd give it an extra few days so that they don't just mention the postal delays and then send an e-mail saying you appreciate that there are delays atm but that you are expecting an order that hasn't arrived and I'm sure they will sort it out for you :) They sent me out a replacement item next day delivery last time I had one go missing so I'm sure they will be very helpful

    hi i got all of my 5 orders. We worked out that full cost was £60+ and i paid less than a tenner for it all. v v chuffed!

    oooh what shall i do?? I got all 10 of my asos parcels to my hubby's work address which is fine. However my hubby bought home another asos parcel today assuming i ordered it but basically asos have accidentally sent me a large item that i hadn't ordered in the first place. The parcel had my name and hubby's delivery address on it. What shall i do??

    I'm still waiting on 3 orders! I remember last time one took ages to come so not worrying too much.

  • i had a parcel missing,despatched on 24th contacted them and they have confirmed item is lost,dont know how they know this,but have arranged refund as items are now oos,order only came to £1.59.Shame tho as they were to be a xmas gift.

    finally got all 4 of mine today..took a long while. Some items were damaged which was disapointing, but asos are going to replace them which is great.
