Asos £10 off and free delivery

I made two orders and i have recieved one (necklace and earrings) and the other one has just dissapeared from my ASOS account and the £6 has been refunded back into my bank account! No email or anything to let me know.

Gutted! I really wanted that handbag, my current one is falling to bits!

I ordered a S&G flatterbox that got delivered on friday but I just noticed yesterday the box is damaged down the sides of the lid; couldn't give it away as pressie like that

I had a battered box when i recieved the jelly belly lip gloss, so i emailed them & offered to send it back if they could exchange it. They send me a new one & told me i could keep the battered one It's defo worth emailing them just incase!

Thanks I will do that now. :A Just bit worried they won't replace it at that price.

EDIT: Received an email back from them there. They are sending me out a new one tomorrow and I have just to return the damaged one. Thanks lulupop as I didn't think I could get a replacement when used the code.

I got all of mine yesterday, overkill on the packaging AGAIN! I think this is RM fault, ASOS are flawless with delivery even if it is the free one!

Just to update I've now received all my orders. They took a while this time (most of them arrived yesterday), one was damaged, which is irritating but I don't blame them trying to get rid of their dodgy stock on people who haven't really paid for things . I emailed them though and they have issued a replacement which I should receive today.

Fab, ASOS!!! Roll on the next one and I will defo do more shopping with them now, glitch or no glitch! :T

Thanks again OP and Asos - I have placed another 2 orders on Asos since the glitch, never used them before, so if it was a PR thing and not really a glitch, it's worked on me :rotfl:
