Using the code is one issue and I don't think we have any grounds for complaint if they decided not to honour it.....that's fair enough.

However, I don't think it's acceptable to blatantly LIE about items being returned......they didn't even wait long enough for it to be vaguely possible!

yeh i agree my mum had the same issue with one of her la redoute orders too, why lie why not just cancel from the start then email saying we werent meant to use the code!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Checking my emails and my daughter is checking her emails. All orders as it stands have been shipped, no cancellations. I have 12 and my daughter has 8 or 9 I think.

i had confirmation of dispatch on saturday and then this morning got the email to say i wasnt in & its been sent back,etc.

arghh its soo annoying that they are lying, i actually tested my doorbell this morning as i thought i had genuinely missed it!

my normal postman has been so i'm hoping there's still hope with the Royal Mail red van as the postman might not have been able to carry my parcels, :rotfl::rotfl:

This was my 2nd, one from Hermes yesterday, one from Royal Mail - i've had one refund email from Paypal this morning but not sure what it was for as none of my accounts show a cancelled order - and don't know all my email log ins!!
