I think quite a few people have received orders, not sure how many though. My first shipped order was on the 21st. If last time was anything to go by it should be here today I believe. I know with Christmas Royal Mail are snowed under(you see what I did there :rotfl::o ) so maybe it will take a little longer for orders to arrive?

This happened to me last time and they couldn't look into it because its seen as tampering with Royal Mail deliveries. Although when I asked what had happened they gave me a twenty percent off code and free next day delivery so it wouldn't happen again so I think its a genuine mistake rather than a ploy by the company.

Hmm Hermes you say, I know they will be here today dropping off a Debenhams delivery so I shall be having words with the driver regarding items not arriving here to see if we can shed some light on what has happened, it does seem odd that recently alot of orders via Hermes seem to get sent back

I was under the impression it was only Royal Mail this time round for orders. They used Hermes last time for some orders but all orders this time round is RM I thought.

I'm getting confused here....not difficult!

I thought the orders that you could track were with Hermes? So surely you would be able to track their whereabouts? Or maybe not?
