Can i ask, anyone who is having an order sent via courier and can track their order how long before you could track it if you get what i mean.
I got 2 dispatch emails yesterday morning and both i can track in my account but when i click on track my order they both say no record found (or something like that)0 -
Had 'despatched' email two days ago, today had email saying they had received my returns and refunded payment, so dont think everyone will get orders even if they say they have despatched. just thought I would let you know.0

Sorry to hear some have had problems. I have had one item cancelled and the other item was to make up the rest of the total, cancelled item being £10.00 means I still have to pay for the other item. Daren't speak to asos as I hear they don't bother helping those who used codes that weren't meant for them
Hope they have free returns!Comping wishlist for 2017

I just had this:-
We have tried to drop off your recent order, but unfortunately there wasn't anyone around. Unfortunately no one collected it from the depot either, so it was sent back to us, and we have refunded the value of the order.

I don't mind them not honouring glitches, but I don't think a blatant lie from Asos is acceptable :mad:0 -

Account still says dispatched.
Like I say, I have no issue with them not honouring glitches, but to lie and say a parcel dispatched on 22nd coud be attempted to be delivered, sit around the depot waiting for it to be collected AND returned to them by the 24th?????????????????
Do they think we are idiots???:rotfl:Well, clearly they DO :rotfl:
Why not just say hands up, we made a mistake, sorry you won't get your order.
Not lie in writing via email :mad:0 -
Just checked all my emails and everything seems in order.
I don't believe they would say "dispatched" and then not honour them. People have been saying they have received their orders. There was no issue last time either. If they were going to cancel orders they would've cancelled without going through all this palava.... much easier to just cancel than update status's and then send out cancellation emails.....sounds too much faffing around but I could be wrong.
I'm not doubting some people have had items cancelled, I know because it happened to my DD and it was due to the item being out of stock.
We'll just have to wait and see what happens, the majority of orders should be received this week if the last glitch is anything to go by. Some may not come till next week.
Fingers crossed for everyone waiting for their orders.0 -
I think it depends what courier company they use, if it's Hermes then it's fairly possible that they 'attempted delivery' as they hardly ever bother to knock on the door or deliver when the parcel is with the courier. I think with La Redoute they recalled all of the orders after they were sent out and perhaps a few slipped the net. Asos are generally quite good. Everything seems to be in order with my orders except the one cancelled item but the majority will arrive via royal mail only time will tell I guess.Comping wishlist for 2017

Mine said sent on 22nd - Hermes lady AND Royal Mail were here with parcels from other places on the 23rd.
NO WAY it could have gone out, sat in the depot "waiting collection" AND returned by 7am on the 24th!
Unless it was a Homing-Parcel......with WINGS!! :rotfl:
BTW I DID get my one and only La Redoute order.....0 -
Well this morning i've got an email refund from Paypal for one of my orders £2.00 - not the foggiest idea which one though as when logging into the ASOS accounts all orders say shipped or "Track this order"
Only time will tell I guess!0
