Asos £10 off and free delivery

well i have ust got one of my orders. I got all bar one of them from redoute as well. The last asos glitch, i got all my orders as well so am hoping they all get honoured all right

I have noticed some prices have gone down on items ive ordered so maybe it wasnt so much a glitch, more a marketing ploy?

No idea but good look to everyone. Its my birthday today, so hope thats a good sign with the rest of my asos orders coming today lol xx

That's a bit cheeky of them, I wonder if the label was damaged or something so they were unable to deliver as they didn't know where to deliver? Sounds unlikely but it may be worth asking them why it was returned?

Glad at least you la redoute order arrived. I eventually got my la redoute order too with much hassle from Hermes saying it was in the bin when the courier still had it all along.

2 of my orders have been refunded, not very happy as they said they tried to deliver which is obviously a lie!

Same here! Refund via Paypal and the same message from ASOS. I don't know why they just didn't cancel the orders in the first place.

i only placed one order but have just been refunded says tried to deliver but been returned, no-ones delivered anything ah well never mind. thanks anyway op

Hmm I have received one too, not happy about this at all, why have they lied about delivery?

I am not too disappointed but they could've just cancelled the orders instead of messing around, probably someones idea of a joke in payback for the last glitch! :cool:

I know if they going to treat they customers like this i wont be buying anymore of them, i will look other places complete disgrace, they cant say things have been sent and we missed delivery when they have not :mad: I wanted a couple of hundred pounds worth off them at the end of the week, but i will shop somewhere else now as you cant rely on them telling the truth !!!
