mine says on the email its royal mial :) it says the following:

    Just to let you know...
Your order is with Royal Mail and on its way to you. It should be delivered within the next 4 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    I had that email too......

But still got the rubbish one about parcel being returned too.

So Asos pretended it's dispatched by Royal mail and then said Hermes couldn't deliver it........I think they have confused themselves

But that's what happens when they tell LIES :rotfl::eek::rotfl:
  • Normal postie has been, no ASOS parcels from him :(
    Fingers crossed for postman pat...

Ive not had any cancellation emails so far. All 3 of my orders are going to come via RM, has anyone had their RM orders 'returned'? or is it just orders coming via courier?

I hate to be the one to ask, but if asos are clearly unhappy about us keeping the orders this time around do you think they will ask for it to be sent back as we weren't entitled to use the voucher? maybe in about a months time when its too late for a refund?...Littlewoods (i think, could be another company) did that ages ago.

    No that's not it.

I think I've figured it out.
All of the emails say Royal Mail........BUT

On the ASOS status of orders it will either say shipped or track order.

    Shipped = Royal Mail
    Track Order = Hermes

I hope most people have Shipped as their status rather than Track Order on ASOS because from the looks of it, it's the Hermes deliveries which aren't being delievered.

This would explain why some are being delivered and some aren't.

    Hope that makes sense :o

I could be wrong of course!

Also with RM would it be more difficult for ASOS to say the item has been returned to depot. RM usually keep parcels for 2 weeks don't they?

Hermes should try to re deliver twice though and post cards through your door each time!

    Naughty naughty ASOS
