Sorry Rosiewoo, the one you got yesterday from Hermes, when was that one dispatched. Could you track it before you got it or is it only now that you can track it.
Trying to work out if am going to get mine or not.

Poppie, the parcel I got yesterday from Hermes, was dispatched on the 21st - I could track it from yesterday morning - before it arrived, it didn't come until about 4pm

yep i have had parcels show up in random places by hermes lol

Thanks RosieWoo, mine were dispatched only yesterday so hopefully i should be able to track from tommorow morning. (If i dont get the returned, blah, blah, blah email)

Fingers crossed you get it. I've supposidly got one coming from RM and 2 that i can track so via hermes.
I got both my orders in the last glitch so i am praying i get these.

I know Hermes can be slow, Topshop use them and in their dispatch email they actually state please leave up to 36 hours before trying to track.(although i could track mine after 24)

maybe they can't cope with the volume and it's easier for them to just say no one was in, I've had the postie do that before, posting a card through without even knocking, he had no intention of carrying the package around!

i've had a card through the door yesterday from hermes saying that thy will try again today, also spoke to my postie this morning (no asos) and he explained that RM will always put a card through the door and keep the parcel in the depot for 2 weeks.

strange thing also is that it's my first and last orders that have been "returned" and one of them is the samr item that my friend had delivered yesterday and she ordered after me!
