  • I don't mean to sound rude, but Asos haven't REALLY got the parcels back, and Hermes haven't REALLY tried to deliver the ones where we have had "returned" emails.

Asos have obviously sent some parcels and that's great for those who receive them! :T

But this business about "returned" parcels is just rubbish.

In due course we'll know whether most are sent or most are mysteriously "returned"......fingers crossed for all waiting!

nothing rude about that.... I was only making a suggestion. A lot can be said for human and computer error, they must have had thousands of purchases, there are bound to be some that go wrong :o

My lovely red man van just knocked at the door with a delivery for me :) not the one I was expecting, it was only shipped yesterday and others were shipped on the 21st that haven't turned up yet. I was quite surprised that I didn't have to sign for it! One of my 3 sets of socks and lip balms can now to ticked off my list :)

running to screen, royal mail just turned up! yay! its asos!
  • Had a false "we tried to deliver your parcel but no-one was in, so it has been returned etc etc" for one of mine too. For reference, the total price was only £1.50 - however, I had another order, a £2 jellybelly set delivered by RM postie this morning. Just out of interest, out of those of you who have had orders canceled, what was the total value of those orders? Wondering if £2 and up could be the magic number...
