i've had despatch emails for all of my orders (12) and all are with royal mail - none have been delivered as yet!!! will the hermes issue not just be because they might take longer???

I think I've figured it out.
All of the emails say Royal Mail........BUT

On the ASOS status of orders it will either say shipped or track order.

Shipped = Royal Mail
Track Order = Hermes

I hope most people have Shipped as their status rather than Track Order on ASOS because from the looks of it, it's the Hermes deliveries which aren't being delievered.

This would explain why some are being delivered and some aren't.

Hope that makes sense

My one that has had a "returned" email actually says Shipped on the web site, so afraid your theory isn't right in my case.

Sorry Rosiewoo, the one you got yesterday from Hermes, when was that one dispatched. Could you track it before you got it or is it only now that you can track it.

usually Hermes leave the parcel anywhere, ie thrown over your gate, on your doorstep, or even in your dustbin (not just me that this has happened to either)!!

yes royal mail do keep the parcels at the depot if you are not in. all mine dont have a tracking number just shipped. so hopefully will get it through royal mail. fingers crossed.

(i can still see my orders in my account from the previous glitch) the previous glitch has 'track this order' next to it but this time round it just says 'shipped' on the asos page? :S
