me too me too, but thinking about it, when i've had something from RM van in the past they seem to deliver to me first (ie 7:30am) as i only live a stones throw from the depot, so i'm not holding out much hope for anything delivered today :(

I checked my bank and i havent been refunded, so hopefully will recieve my orders today or tomorrow.

Had one order arrive today, very very large box for a Tigi Royal Highness Thickening Spray, sadly they didn't think to send the lid. I cant complain for the price and it is for me, I just hope that the my other orders (touch wood they arrive) come in one piece!

i ordered a pair of gloves as the glove fairy (closely related to the sock fairy) has stolen one of my pair from last year. Hope it comes soon as my fingers were so cold this morning when i was taking my daughter to school!

Not much use emailing them, I emailed them about an order and they said they wont deal with queries until you provide order numbers, your name, address, how many accounts you have, what code you used, where you got the code and evidence you were entitled to the code. I only asked if returns were free :eek:
