I had a heavy Hermes order of two Soap & Glory bottles delivered today. But no sign of the eye pencil one coming by Royal Mail.

my postie has just been and no sign of anything for me today either.. between asos, marks and debenhams i am waiting for over 15 parcels and they are all just sooo slow!!!! just hope they turn up eventually

I e-mailed last glitch about this and they sent me out another one next day delivery no extra cost and were extremely apologetic about it all. Same happened when one of my items didn't arrive. I have found their CS to be excellent, just fill in the form on the website rather than e-mailing them direct, they reply quicker

One of my orders was wrong a few weeks ago (when the last £10 code was out). I got a shampoo (instead of a S&G item) along with another item which was correct.

I thought I'd chance it and email them about it, and they replied saying they'd ship out the correct item, which they did within a few days. I didn't have to give them any other details apart from my account No and name/address.

Can I ask whether the "returned" cancellations showed a Track link on the ASOS account or if it was ordinary RM deliveries?

Can anyone shed any light on this...
Just logged into one of my accounts and i can now track the order when i click on the link but i have no idea what Missing Pre-advice means? anyone else know?
It says that at 10.02am but at 11.22am it says order generated. Does anyone have a telephone number for Hermes?

Pre advice is the slip with the address on it. This explains why orders have been returned!
