It is very hard to work on resolving a situation when you are spending all your time explaining to people what you are doing to resolve a situation. In the past I have been in hourly update conference calls that have lasted 2 hours.
They're great aren't they? I find if you're honest with your customer, and tell them how much you like meeting with them because actually working to solve the problem is hard and unappreciated, where these meetings are easy as you don't have to use your brain, and why are they leaving now, because you need to know how is their spouse/child/dog/weather/stain on the carpet is doing.
Somehow, they suddenly find they're too busy to attend the next 10 meetings and you should just email them when you have news..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Out of curiosity i googled "money saving expert has been hacked"
there's loads of various websites reporting this fact. Even comments from our memebers appear in certain threads about it.
Here's one http://www.money.co.uk/article/1006093-has-money-saving-expert-been-hacked.htm
Can't open the other links in google due to my work web filter blocking them
I knew it would be circulated but didnt think our own members would be blabbing offIf Adam and Eve were created first

I have received an email addressed from MONEYEXPERT,COM, this morning. It was'nt this exact email, however i never subrscribe to anything, and its the first email i've received from moneyexpert.com. I'm not on facebook, nor am i on mse facebook, in fact i rarely use other sites.
I only have one user name, and i only have one email address, and its been sent to my private email address. Therefore i don't know how to forward it to webmaster, as i'm not a techie, by any means, and i don't want to open it. I have'nt deleted it yet, so how i can forward it? but i did click to unsubscribe, without opening the actual email. Oh heck. It could only happen to me.
Now what?

but dont take my word. wait for someone to confirm it correct.
EDIT: I was correct. On the first page of this thread it states to forward the message to this address
