Thanks for all the thoughts about my mum, she has been out of hospital and back in again today, back out with the catheter seems like its a permanent thing now. she is not happy, we are not happy.

Also not happy, as my manager/friend said lets go for drink after work, we had a couple, she said come back to mine, my partner will run you home, went back, she made a chip butty, we were watching Top Gun, her partner came in, went to bed! cue me walking mile and half home in dark!!!!

Anyways, I am safe and sound at home now, have put hottie tottie in bed so will be nice and warm when I go sleep. OH is not happy bunny, he rang me when I was walking home.

Slow cooker has been on all day with a vat of soup, turned it off now, think it will be ok to blitz in the morning and freeze portions.

Not read all thread today. so hugs for those who need or want, cyas tomorrow xxxx

still getting my head round someone who goes to bed rather than take a woman home:eek:

  • I'll add this to yesterday's Daily Thread, where poeple talk about what they're doing in their Old Style Day :)

I'll close the thread temporarily, so as there's only one OS Daily going - if you wish to continue the Old Style chat, please move to today's thread :D
