  • Good luck Bramble, your comment about the Royal engagement made me laugh. Well grimace really. I am not doing so well, but the dentist called me back, very concerned because I have swelling and have made space for me tomorrow afternoon and my lovely sister is going to take me to save me driving. :)

Hope you're all OK, I feel awful that all I've done for the last few weeks is complain about being ill. :o

    Have a good evening.xxx

You haven't complained JackieG - you've just had a rotten time. So glad that the dentist rang back. Hope you get a better sleep tonight. Remember to take some pain killers if you can.

Really pleased you have the trip booked JackieO!

Have had quorn sausage 'club sandwiches' for tea for 2nd night in a row. Think I'm addicted. We've been having our main meal at lunch time yesterday and today so this was nice and quick for me.

*creeps in* :o i keep starting to post here and then disappear again :o

this time i need to stick with it. alan (hubby) has no job from the end of the month so things are going to be tough until he gets a new job. and i seriously need to get into a routine for the sake of my sanity. any useful pointers would be great, if not a kick up the back will do just fine!

today i am feeling sorry for myself as i have an ear infection and sinusitis:( went to the drs then had a visitor. i nodded off afterwards and woke an hour later and have sat on here since!

have managed to do a load of washing though and its on the airer drying. just had to turn the heating up as its freezing today! still foggy out, in fact i think its getting foggier

alan has brought some steak for dinner for him and chicken for me but really dont know what to do with them... might do a tomato pasta bake with the chicken and a bit of veg for me and ds and freeze the rest...

    hope everyone is well :)

    Here's a kick up the 'arris :p

Hope your poorly sinuses and ear are better soon.

It's all me, me, me, me, me, me :p:p:p

Now shall I talk about myself now ;)

In all seriousness you've had a rough time of it so you're entitled to complain about being poorly. Hope dentist can sort you out tomorrow xx

Geebee - which part of yorkshire do you come from then? I don't think you'd want to be here today - even my big dogs were in and out of the back door in seconds! AM dreading defrosting the car with the children whinging how cold it is!

Hi esmf73, i'm originally from West Yorkshire, miss it like mad sometimes too. The weather sounds like it was here yesterday, it was lethal, really freezing, loads better today though so hopefully tomorrow will be better for you. :)

  • Evening all

Very unproductive day at work :o:p Well it was productive if you count drinking coffee, eating pasties and internet shopping as work! :rotfl: I love when my work kids go out on work placement and I get a bit of peace and quiet! I do have lots of work to do the rest of the week though.

I went out for dinner with girls after work and discover that there is a new Lakeland shop open :D (you may have seen my facebook status!). Lots of pretty things :j I also picked up my new food processor :D I probably won't use it til weekend though.

Very little OS here again :o DW has been on.
Had to post soooooo excited, my old bosses daughter is getting married in spring....you may have heard :T:T:T:T Congrats woohoo

She is getting married to my current boss's son then! :rotfl: Well kinda! He is the name of the charity I work for!

    Have a good evening all
