I was just following up on a long conversation I have had with people on here, but if it is unwanted, I won't bother anymore. If anyone wants to know my experience, you can PM me.

Wally, Neil was merely pointing out that your posts are getting lost and bogged down in other discussion. As this was not your thread originally you would be better placed to post your experiences separately so that the advice can be tailored more to you individually without confusion.

When a secondary thread is started within a thread its always recommended to start an individual post.

Nah Wally. You're supposed to ignore posts like that. Keep it coming. He/she's not the posting police.
Like the way I intend to ignore yours from now on.

    Fair comment Neil.

I've taken your post the same way Wally did. Fair enough the original post wasn't about this but the original subject has become a dead issue, the post has envolved and Wally's just sharing her experience that a couple of us have shown an interest in, she's not hurting anyone and there's so many people on these forums jumping about like mini hitlers, either bullying people or telling people what they should or shouldn't be doing. It does my box in.

Sometimes it's hard to tell from a written format, like a text message, or in this case a post, how someone meant something to come across and after reading pulliptears post I realise I may have just picked you up wrong. If that's the case I certainly apologise.

It's so long since I read the original post that I have forgotten what it said. But the title is about returning mattresses, which is what I was giving my experiences about. Anyway, I haven't much more to add - certainly not enough to merit a whole new thread. I probably should have started one ages ago!

He did get PPR'd,you are now going to report how angelic, perfect, kind ,loving and above all-reasonable tim is-plus plug him as much as possible...:rotfl:,

The religious zeal some show around beds is ..er..mm..whats the word? Oh yes, hard to believe! !!!!!!,its a bed, were not bovvered.

Sorry for late reply, I did not understand this when I saw it the first time (did not know what PPR'd meant) and was probably put off by the tone of the post. I don't think I said all that stuff about angelic, perfect, kind etc etc! And I obviously did not realise he had already been kicked off. If I had seen the negative responses before I bought my mattress I would not have touched his company with a barge pole, but I didn't - when I looked most reports I read seemed positive.

I care about MSE, I think it is a good site and has helped me to find many things. I try to be balanced and have no desire to mislead other people or show "religious zeal". I am now worried that I might have been misled too, but my experience has obviously been better than some other people on here. Without all this negativity, I would have been quite happy - and on balance I still am, but also a bit confused and worried that someone can be so recommended then so attacked, within such a short time!

This hasn't happened to me other threads! :(

Never mind. Good luck to all those who are still going through this process. Hope you get sorted soon.

    WB.
  • Why even is my reply deleted? Is it relative with the salesman, that is some one here? It is unfair to delete some one's account and I won't able to say anything about my experience.
Really happy for you - you managed to get a refund and now a quality mattress from a decent supplier :j

REALLY wish I could say the same :(

    Hiya,

It's likely that if your reply included a quote of someone else's reply which had been deleted by the Forum Team - then they delete your post too. That's because if they didn't - the earlier post would still be visible on the board. Yes?

If you are not happy with their decision you need to contact the Forum Team direct. Their email address is linked in my signature, and is always available at the top of any page.
