Hi Everyone,
I sent a complaint message to John Lewis yesterday night and today I got an email from them saying that they would be crediting my card with £20 as a good will guesture (the baking sheet only cost me £13.50).
I've also today received and an email also from Tefal apologising and saying that they will be sending out 6 packets.
Really pleased and thankful to Tefal and John Lewis. We got there in the end.

Now I'm confused. Do I claim the 6 packs from the email or do nothing and wait for the 24?

My understanding is we are automatically going to get the 6 as per the email as the code is only for the 15% off. If 'Team Tefal' above is genuine we'll receive another email similar to her post.

I haven't tried to get a refund on my cake tin and if they fulfill the promotion wonder if those that have had a refund will make any attempt to pay it back.

A little harsh, Bev. The if is rather large as not all of us are getting anything. There is no automatic 6 either as I didn't make that list.

I've just called Tefal CS to ask why and also to check whether the above post purporting to be from Tefal is genuine.......they're closed until 10am.

I didn't actually ask for a refund. I just complained about the situation and confusion. John Lewis chose to credit me £20 as a 'sorry for the inconvience'.
Will I return the money? - No
Will I buy from Tefal and John Lewis again? - Yes and that is what they want. Good publicity.
