I have sent off all my information but the lady i spoke to said i am not on the list, she said a colleague had another list she would check and get back to me. Does this mean i will not be getting the mixes?

Personally, I'd just like to thanks everyone on here who has written/ phoned/ emailed Tefal , JL and Waitrose.

Without your help I doubt this would have been resolved satisfactorily.

At the end of the day Tefal are, hopefully, honouring a promotion that was treated like a competition.

Every credit goes, imho, to JL for superb customer service and Betty Crocker for helping with supplying the missing mixes.

Still waiting for my response from Waitrose.

So well done fellow MSe'ers.

Following our earlier email please first of all accept our apologies for any reference to a “competition”. The promotion was never a competition and appeared in error in the email address.



Most importantly we are delighted to inform you that with the help of Betty Crocker we have managed to obtain some more cake mixes and are now going to fulfil the cake mix offer for everyone who purchased an Airbake tin during the promotional period and redeemed their proof of purchase before 31st December 2010 and qualified for the offer.



You will therefore receive the 24 packs of Betty Crocker cake mix that you were expecting. You will receive the first 12 packs within the next 15 working days. As soon as the stock of the remaining packs arrive, they will be despatched to you within 28 days.



Please be assured that Tefal did not intend to mislead anyone or fool them into buying the product (nor did John Lewis, Waitrose or Betty Crocker). It was a mistake on our part not to anticipate the level of demand and make sure we had enough cake mix for everyone.
