I too received this email today after receiving the 15% and 6 packets email yesterday.
It's nice that Tefal have finally admitted that it wasn't in fact a competition.

All credit to them for looking after their customers and for admitting that they made a mistake in not realising how popular the offer would be.
I feel that all 4 companies, who I had previously held in high esteem, have acted as I would have hoped that they would. They all have a good reputation and have now upheld that.

I got the letter too. Was not expecting that and am very pleasantly suprised.

I will start 'baking' for the scouts & school fair. Atleast this year they will get something edible from me...it was the only reason I bought the tin in the first place
