I have I asked a couple of questions including whether Team Tefal was real. They have confirmed to me that not only is Team Tefal genuine, but that everyone who sent in their applications within the specified timescales WILL be receiving the 24 products as promised. I was told that initially they will be sending out batches of 12 to people so we don't have to wait too long and then, when they have sourced all the product needed, they'll send the second batch.

It seems a rather expensive way of doing it, but if they DO fulfil all the applications then I can only applaud Tefal for turning things around and sorting out the mess.:T (And if he's reading this, hello to the nice CS man I just spoke to!)

Thanks Team Tefal.....what awesome cs......I always thought JL and Waitrose were unmatchable for their cs, but this has shown me that there are other companies out there making a good name for themselves!!!

We will remember this and will probably have a far more positive attitude when we see Tefal products in the future;)
I am looking forward to baking with the mixes very soon

Hi Hannah,

thank you for this feedback, I have actually had no correspondance from Tefal at all apart from a standard email when I complained about this promotion. How can I know if my application was received?

I sent it on 27th November with all the barcodes etc, and I photocopied my application and kept a copy.

How can I check? I would be devastated to miss this a second time!

Hi Lisa,

The best thing to do is call the helpline on 0845 602 1454 so they can check if you’re on the list to receive the cake mix. If you have any trouble getting through you can also email via the Contact Us section on the Tefal website.

Just spoke to a v. nice woman on the Tefal helpline, simply to confirm things. She said the first 12 mixes will be going out to everyone within 15 days, the other 12 within the next 28 days.

Can you tell me pls will the cake mixes be all one type (according to which airbake item we bought) or a variety of mixes like some peops have received?

i've recieved the email about the 6 mixes , so I'm presuming that means i'm on the list. Is it worth me calling to check they have my address right as someone mentioned some addresses were wrong on tefal's list?
