    Great bump pic GL :D

I was going to do another one as 27 weeks today, but don't think I'm any different to last week.
Bubs is having a good kick about today, and felt him hiccuping as well (vibrating sort of sensation, like lots of little butterflies).

They are on about Easter on TV and it freaks me out a little as that is March/April time isn't it, and makes my due date very close  However I am very much looking forward to this pregnancy thing being over with! I always thought I wanted two kids as I am an only child, but not so sure now! I honestly didn't think pregnancy would be so hard :(

Labour vibes to the bold ladies!

They are little crisps (well they are shaped like pillows and are hollow in the inside iyswim) and they taste like Scampi....well they are fishy anyway but in a really nice way :D Usually you get them in pubs.

I've just watched yesterday's OBEM and I have to say that I was very impressed by the male midwife - I'd say he's the best midwife I've seen so far out of both series.

Oh yeah, I know what you mean now. Never tried them though.

    It's quiet again tonight.

I can't bring myself to do anything useful like cross stitching or scrapping. Wasting my life on the internet.

    Waiting for The Vampire Diaries.

Teenie, I LOVE scampi fries, hate the fishy fingers afterwards though. Have you tried a petrol station, I always seem to see them and pork scratchings in BP's etc.

Giz, the TENS is a very bizarre feeling. I wasn't too keen at first as it reminded me of those slendertone muscle things.
However when you have contractions I found it a pleasant distraction and comforting to know I was in control of it.

Yeh he was lovely and like I said did change my perspective of having a mal midwife - before seeing him I wouldve said no way after seeing him Id rather him than some of the women I suppose I care more about the level of support than the gender
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Do you have to buy raspberry leaf tea from a specialist shop? Sainsbos didn't have it. They had raspberry, cranberry and elderflower :(
    I'm guessing that won't do?
  • Thanks everyone. VB, it's a non maternity New Look top that just fitted and no more. :)

I saw a multipack in Poundland the other day that had scampi fries in and bacon ones Teenie.

Hi ladies, back from outlaws, i'm more than tired as didn't sleep at all last night, tucked up in bed already. I'll catch up properly tomorrow. I did get the travel cot I posted, its lovely, although didn't go as far as connecting the light and sound thingy! Hope I don't talk to any insomniacs later x
