Just realised im 32 weeks on fri. Shouldn't I be starting calcium or rlt or something????
Does anyone have the list???
Also, what are the benefits of each one? Isn't rlt supposed to help with pain if birth or am i mistaken???
What about calcium and epo???? Am I missing anything??

I have no idea, I haven't done or taken anything. You could do the perineal massage...
I even refuse to eat curries, pineapples and do any of the of the other labour inducing things. Wonder if I'll be regretting that in 2 weeksMe too, hope it's better than last week. That couple really got on my wick! (lass with glasses not the heart problem woman).
I'm getting poked in the nether regions and something in my rib! I'm driving OH bonkers with my oohing and aaahing.Rockinbikergal wrote: »does the woman with the heart condition give birth this week??? oops I managed to eat 170g tube of smarties (only about 700 calories). They were OHs xmas present. Do I hide the evidence? Or just stick my tummy out and say baby needed them?Baby Giz born 6/2/110

Gizmodo - I normally just claim the baby was hungry...don't think OH believes me haha.
OH was in a grump this morning as he couldn't find his car key and we needed to take car to garage so have had to postpone it to tomorrow. I come home from work walk in the bedroom and spot it straight away, apparently he looked for 3 hours.... men!
Just cleaned the bathroom, got a flat inspection Wed, we have it every 4 months. They usually spend about 2 secs looking but i get really paranoid and clean loads. Hopefully OH will do some hoovering tomorrow.
Looking forward to OBEM.0 -

I do believe that 170g's of Smarties are a dietary requirement for a 9 month pregnant lady.;) Yeh stick your tummy out!

I have this weird belief that labour and delivery is so natural that my body will just cope some how without any help. Crazy I know. After reading about everyones traumatic births lately though my beliefs are changing. I'm very much open to an epidural now whereas up until a month ago I was dead against the idea.Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -
OH was just saying he's trying to lose weight and I'd fed him too much tonight so I told him no ice cream for him then, it's all for meeeeee.
Am I the only one waiting for ANTM to start instead?0 -
No reason really. I presumed I wouldn't like the taste of RLT. I hate taking pills and it was hard enough swallowing the vitamins for the first 12 weeks after which I gave up taking them. I'm not doing the perineal because I know it will hurt. But I think this is the one thing I wish I had at least tried to do.

Not crazy at all. Your body does....although a little helping hand will probably be very much appreciated. Least you have an open mind which is great.:heart2:Baby boy due 4th March 2011:heart2:0 -
