I have only packed one box of Tracker bars which won't go far, but the hospital canteen has lots of vending machines which they stock up overnight when it isn't staffed with scones, sandwiches, fruit, etc, and I have put a coin bag with £10 in silver for him to use. He'll probably be glad of the excuse to get away for a few minutes. The canteen is very near to the maternity ward.

DH got given a packed lunch from the hospital alongside my one. But they may of been because i was the only one to of given birth there that day so they were empty and had lots of food :rotfl:

XH kept disappearing while I was in labour, I thought he was sqeamish, later on it turned out he was ringing his floozie:rotfl:

Aw that's good i don't think they have anything like that here, there is a canteen but not sure when it's open and it's miles away from the maternity ward LOL!

Just reading about all the GTT's that are being done. I have to get one as well in January. I really don't like plain lucozade but I never actually thought about drinking it on an empty stomach!! Wonder what they will do if I chuck it back up again LOL!!

Afternoon Ladies and bumps

HAs anyone given birth over night??? If so huge congrats and if not LABOUR VINES TO ALL IN NEED hehe

Have been very brave today and went shopping for the first in time in a very long time on my own today...too long a story to explain why lol....think I might have overspent and I am sooooo sore now too lol but at least I have gotten hubby's sticking fillers sorted lol.

Big Hugs Twoflower I must admit hubby didn't appreciate the fishhooking but that will teach him to listen in while I have conversations with myself in my sleep hehe I hope you manage to find yourself a nice dress for your wedding...I saw some gorgeous ones in new look the other week.

Anywho have to go hubby is home from his day of training and I have to get a sleep before we head out tonight....hugs to all speak soon xox

Ours wasnt even flavoured! It was this horrible creamy couloured sunstance that came out of a brown glass bottle that wouldnt have looked out of place in our school science lab lol. Yuk!
