When i told my manager I e-mailed her and said can we have a private chat, she had a panic I was leaving so was relieved i was pregnant lol.

Digitalphase - the physio I saw mentioned that pelvic floor excercises are more important if you have pelvic pain as improving this muscle helps support your pelvis and reduces the problems that can occur in the future. Also sit on thge edge of your bed to put you knickers and socks on as standing on one leg causes problems for the ligaments in your pelvis. As a result of this information I started paying attention to the way I stand and try to distribute my weight evenly (used the wii fit to help with this) I must say by following all the physio's tips my SPD is not as bad this time round. When I was pg with DD it was terrible and i only got to see the physio at about 35 weeks.

Hello everyone. Congrats to all the new arrivals - hope we get some pics soon!!!
Well Mr Sharkey is now home and settled back in. It is fantastic to have him home and I finally have managed to sleep straight through the night again

Having a lot of pain and discomfort at the moment, feel as if the babys head is really far down now as I am having a lot of problems walking and I am back to peeing every 5-10 minutes. Im getting sharp pains on my right hand side now and I am wondering if things are starting to progress. My bump has also dropped down substantially so guess now we are all a waiting game now.lol.

Ah, good news, glad shes finally starting to get over whatever it was x

My scan is in 12 and 1/2 hours....its not really on my mind a lot!!

I am currently trawling the internet for a baby sling. I want a soft one like a little pouch but just haven't seen what I want. ooh decisions decisions!

Oh the cheek of it:p But a very valid point...luckily OH coming too so will get up, have already set my alarm....whats one of those!!:D
