Who was it that did the prediction think was it Princess coupon? I need to look back and see what she said, i think it was a girl for me. Im curious to see if MV and Lillian and any others she predicted were right.

I've been thinking about that too. She was pretty sure I was having a boy and tbh so am I!

A couple of my friends have Jacob and Jackson, they seem to be getting more popular.

We are actually toying with Declan if it's a boy, really can't agree on anything else at the mo.

If it's a girl it will probably be Ava, DD has chosen it and that's what she goes on about "my little sister Ava"!

I like Jacob, Jackson and Declan! Hubby vetoed Jacob, Jackson was on the list. Declan is funky though!

I just go all embroidery crazy when I find out what name I want to use lol and I can see Declan looking really nice on a Baby blanket! :D

I'm having James as my bub's middle name as its my Grandads name and my bro's middle name, so want to carry it on.
Elliot is lovely too, i also like Connor.

We are having James as a middle name too :).

Joseph is our front runner but OH likes Thomas too. I LOVE Ellis and Elliot but OH isn't keen.

He is adamant it's a girl anyway (and we both ADORE our girls names so I'm secretly hoping it is a girl before anyone steals it :p)

We actually LOVED Dylan but my Mum kind of put us off as she said Oh all I can imagine is that dog from the Magic Roundabout. I know it shouldn't matter what other peoples opinions are but I am put off so easily. The thing that worried me was the our surname is "D" but I think Declan goes with it better than Dylan does tbh.

  • Funny thing is we had decided that if it was a girl she was going to be Chloe. We both instantly loved the name. So when we found out it was a boy and we had no names we pretty much struggled lol. Weeks we've been racking our brains lmao! Typical huh?! :D

My wee ones are Dylan and Eva lol.
Eva was Ava right up until I held her and looked at her. I just thought she looked like and Eva. She loves her name and gets loads of nice comments.
Declan is also my 7 month old nephews name. Its really cute and suits him. But poor Granny gets so confused and is always calling Dylan, Declan and vice versa. She warned us not to pick more names with a D.
I told her at Christmas we were thinking Devon for a boy and Darcie for a girl. She was kind enough to think they were lovely names. But I could see her worrying lol.

  • Well I decided to surprise hubby and get dressed as I had told him on the phone that I was still in my jammies lol......he was surprised and asked me how long ago my bit on the side had left lol (he was only kidding btw lol)

As for names....we have a shortlist now and Jack/Jackson and Daniel with Verity and Faith on the shortlist for a girl...a lot of names that we like we can't really go for due to the size of my family and the fact I have a cousin or other family member that already has the name, believe it or not they would think the child was named after them lol

The thing I found extra hard when picking names was, because were not married yet, we had to put every name a long with both surnames to see what they sounded like. All the kids will have my surname just now, but if (when :p) we get married they will take their Daddys name, which I prefer.
My surname is very Scottish sounding and I also think it sounds harsh iykwim. Oh's name is Irish and has a nice ring to it.
