We've managed to agree on 5 possible boys names so far... and it took a LOT of time and effort to get that many as OH seems to hate all names. As for girls names... well. OH can't find any he likes apart from Darcy, which we got from me suggesting Darcia. He's hoping for a boy though so maybe that's why :P

Also, all my family are Portuguese and most can't speak English so we have to choose a name that a) doesn't sound weird in Portugal (for example, Sinitta or however you spell it always gets laughs when she's on tv because her name is pronounced the same as the portuguese word for toilet) and b) they can pronounce.

Thought I'd share another piccie of Josh. I know I'm as biased as any new mum, but he is a truely scrummy baby (apart from at 4am when he's screaming the house down!)

Darcie is really sweet and Devon is unusual, I really like it! There are loads of names I like but wouldn't use it. Love Brodie but would just be ridiculous with our surname (2 local villages lol).

We've got quite a few girls names we like but there's only one name if its a boy (and if anyone who knows me reads this they'll instantly recognise me!) - Thomas Rex - so he'll be our little dinosaur

It comes from OH insisting we had to have Rex, it's his dad's name and his middle name (even though he dislikes it so much went as far to drop it from all official docs). Thomas is my dad's middle name.

That's excellent! My OH felt ours in the early hours of New Year's Day Though baby is terrible for cooperating; he will move, I say "quick, he's moving", OH puts hand on tummy, baby stops moving :mad::rotfl:

My EDD is 3rd May :cool: Will have to see whether he is actually an April baby or May baby, could go either way More likely later in May though, around OH's birthday which is the 7th :eek:

My baby was the same, going crazy at 12 week scan. They settle down a bit, or at least they should He was not as manic at my 20 week one, but now I can actually feel him moving/kicking, whereas of course I couldn't at 12 weeks. I am making sure I keep up with the pelvic floor!!!

As for names, well we've pretty much decided on Alexander. This is 1) because it's a nice strong name and goes well with OH's surname and 2) for my Mum whose middle name is Alexandria.
We may have Paul after my OH's Dad, or Frederick after both our Dad's as their middles names, for baby's middle name.

I also like Oliver, but have been put off that it is now the number 1 baby name. We had a longer list of boy's names we didn't like, than names we did.
Would have been soooo much easier naming a girl, as loads of girls names I like.
