Oooh, on the subject of baby changing bags, I've got this one:

    http://www.kipling.com/uk-en/baby-bags/all-baby-bags/joanne-baby-3095.html?show_img=K2456090000+999

I'm a complete Kipling nut, so it was only natural the baby bag had to be Kipling too :)

    I like that one Sammy...

I also like this, just dont know if I want to pay £100....

Do you think its going to serve its purpose if its silk???

Hi GFH. I'm coming up to 26 weeks now. My back has been getting progressively worse over the last 3 or 4 weeks. Ditto with the insomnia. Sickness disappeared, then reappeared and now I just feel yuck. Am not thinking food poisoning as I haven't really eaten much. Could well be a bug though so i'm trying to stay away from everyone to prevent the endless cycle of recurrence should it be that. My friend is currently ignoring me cos I was supposed to go to hers today and had to cancel again. :(

I dunno. I think it is very much 'woe is me' at the moment. Hopefully i'll snap out of it tomorrow and feel a bit better!

Thanks for the concern and hugs guys.

Just wondering, is anyone else just thinking of buying a big shoulder bag instead? I'm just thinking I might just buy a big one from Primark or something. I hope I don't come across as a cheapo :P It's just I'd rather not spend too much on a bag.
Is there any big advantage to having a proper changing bag? :S This has probably been asked, and perhaps I've just missed it.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Anyone else getting steadily tired of wannabe doctors and midwives?

Or is it just me who wants to slap anyone offering me medical advice?
  • Have just found out that while my hubby was out on the drink and I was sat in the house all my mates were half a mile away in the bar living it up....where was my invite??? Sooooooooooooo annoyed now :(

  • Question fairly unimportant but are you ladies going to wear a bra for the actual birth? I've bought a Primark knee length nightie but can't remember if I wore a bra underneath when giving birth to DD. I don't want my nice new nursing bra covered in blood and stuff, but also don't want big sore boobs flopping about the delivery room.

Re waters going I got these last time and will again, one in each car, one on the bed, and one in the handbag.

They are plastic backed, very thin, and don't crinkle in the night.

Big thanks to Dusty In the past week you have saved me money on 2 items - the moses basket from John Lewis and the bath support from Argos. Please keep posting your finds lol! I went to collect the bath support today and not only was it the last one in the shop but was reduced even further to £3.99 :j
    :)

    Happyy to help :money:
