Thanks for the reply ASHeta - your BIL sounds like a nightmare! I can totally relate to you saying that you have been trained too. I always thought I'd divide all the chores equally with my husband but I definitely do the majority ofcthe work while he messes around on his computer. I justify it to myself that he works and commutes very long hours. He is Indian btw.

Well, baby hasn't turned despite lots of headstands. It did make him wriggle bit can still feel his head up against my ribs so I'm writing this with my bum in the air to see if that makes him turn! He's a stubborn child.

I'm off out soon to my antenatal class - tonight we're doing bathing and changing baby.

Actually he doesn't do it much now as i always moaned at him

I actually think the more I moan the worse mine gets, could be worse though I could be married to poor ASHeta's BIL I guess.

Personally i'd send a scathing e-mail and demand the attention of a manager within 24 hours. But that's just me. Last time I did that I got a free meal for 6 people just cos my chips were greasy!

Hey everyone
Missed the discussions about moneys but have to say that one is worrying me too. Had planned to sit and go through the finances after 12 week scan, nearly 8 weeks later I've still not done it. Is more difficult cos of the amount we're spending on DIY at the moment, did budget for this but there is still unexpected spends at b and q to account for. Need to get my bum into gear methinks.

Had appointment today with the consultant to follow up about my colposcopy / cell removal. I had got all geared up for it being checked, but all they did was have a chat with me about it, they are going to check my cervix at my scan (next week) and I'll have to go back for another check at 24 weeks.

They did check heartbeat, I was a bit worried as I've not felt wriggle move for a few days. Took them ages to find it and just as I was starting to worry consultant said 'the baby kicked me'!! I was v surprised, I didn't feel it, but she said I wouldn't feel everything! Keep getting oh to have a feel but nothing yet, think he's too impatient!

Anyhow after that mamoth post on my phone I can't remember anything except asheta's bil being a pita, we had my ex's cousin stay for 3 weeks when he was looking for work near us, well after 3 weeks it was me or him, lazy !!!!!! just sat on his bum playing x box all day. Fortunately I had the backing of his family, don't envy your situation but hope you get it sorted. Like the plan of keep having babies till there's no space for him but suspect that might be a bit extreme!!

Been vampired by the MW today

Woke up with a pain in my side, which is making walking quite painful. Saw the MW this afternoon, and took DH with me as I knew I was going to have to have a blood test. Sproglet is measuring small now, which I'm fine about to be honest. Got my forms from her too, so now I can hand over my form at work to prove that I'm pregnant and send off for my grant. yay. She advised me to see the Dr about the pain in my side. Was in floods of tears for the blood test (as usual)

When I booked the appointment to see the Dr I was told that there was nothing at all today and was it an emergancy? DH said that MW had said I needed to see a Dr "Oh in that case, we have an appointment this afternoon" Seems I pulled a muscle in my sleep, and I've been advised to sit comfortably with a hotwater bottle on the sore area. So DH is now in the kitchen cooking.

Congrats on all the new babies, :j although could you slow down a bit, we have too much to do to the house for me to be halfway up the list :eek:

Im even angrier now, they have closed my account so I cant email them!!

I suppose I did say to the guy I wouldnt be using them again, but it also means I cant return the items if I wanted to. I cant sign in or anything.

its only a poxy changing bag but it was cute and I wanted it. The Boots one looks so plain in comparison.

When I click on the Sainsbury's link for the baby event all I get is the start shopping for groceries page. Anyone got another? I want to see the bargains!!

just follow the 'baby' tab and then i think it is the top link 'offfers'
