DH always forgets to put the sticker back down on the wipes. It angers me lol.

Does the sainsburys event include nappies?

Im so p'eed off!! I got a first time customer order code with Verbaudet for £10 off and a free sheep changing bag, in my Bounty bag.
So I ordered 2 sets of pj's for the kids that still set me back £23 after discount.

i got both of them last week and a note saying my changing bag will follow.
Anyway today i got a letter saying we are very sorry but the free changing bag is out of stock and they cant send me one so heres 30% off your next order. plus id have top pay £3.99 postage if I want anything.
Im just annoyed as its really the only reason I ordered the jammies form them and not Next.
They can shove their 30% up their bums. It was my first and last order with them.

(sorry I know it sounds silly but ive been so emotional today and this has made me cry )

Don't worry about having a rant we all do it in here and as for crying I cry at the slightest wee thing atm and all I can say is hormones lol.....hubby is getting used to looking over at me in the middle of Holby or something like that to see tears rolling down my face lol...yesterday I was nearly crying at work because of the girls in the back office but I managed not too and held my head up...not going to let them get to me...have only to deal with them for another 10 weeks or so 4 days a week lol

I'd ring them up and explain and they should tell you what other gifts they have, I've seen a few ads with free toys or baby sleeping bags and 1 for a set of Christmas plates

yes, and he opens a packet of crumpets or pretzels or something then leaves the packet wide open so a day later i find a bag of soft crisps or hard muffins or something:mad::mad:

there's days i could slap him senseless!!

I did call them, I got a young guy who just kept saying sorry theres nothing I can do, then I said i wouldnt order form them again and I was going to tell everybody on MSE, he just said ok then and hung up.

I know La Roudette (sp) are the same company and i didnt get my christmas rug last year, so when i called they gave me a childs rucksack, which my DD uses for school.

i was really looking forward to my freebie, they are expensive enough.

I notice they have a Facebook page. I'm sure they would HATE you posting your problem on there. In fact, you may get some attention from someone higher up if you point out the disgusting level of customer service and how deflated you feel as a customer!



Personally i'd send a scathing e-mail and demand the attention of a manager within 24 hours. But that's just me. Last time I did that I got a free meal for 6 people just cos my chips were greasy!

Its the cereal here, he doesn't scrunch down the plastic bag inside the box and leaves the box open. So i get soft cereal

Actually he doesn't do it much now as i always moaned at him
