Sorry, I missed your other post! Wow, at that price I am quite tempted!
I know the feeling, my 80 something year old Grandad developed diabetes a few years ago, I'm not really sure that means it even runs in my family (it was more about the number of sweets he was eating at the time, and he controls it through his diet now). They've not found any problems with me so far, so I'm not convinced I need it - I was hoping they'd forget!!0 -

nothing to worry about, but you don't HAVE to have it.
There's not a whole lot they can do if you're not dealing well with sugar anyway, unless its severe.
I had to text my MW to ask if im having one. Im under consultant care due to high BMI, my grandad and aunt have diabetes and my mum is borderline and i had to have one in my last pregnancy.
She hasn't replied so im unsure.0 -
I've gone for the Medela Swing electric breast pump. OH did a lot of research and it seemed to come out very well.
It wasn't cheap, but we got ours on Amazon and used a £10 gift voucher that OH had, think it was about £70.
GTT - I had to have this due to my age (over 35). It was fine though.Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

No problem
It was too tempting for me to resist lol. Delivery is usually £3 so I decided to get a pack of newborn nappies and some wipes totalling the extra £5 that I needed to spend to get free delivery. So they were practically free and i'd have had to buy them at some point anyhow! BARGAIN!
Also joined the pregnancy club and linked my advantage card up to that whilst I was there as you get 10 points to the £ with that. May as well get it all done in one lmao!Beautiful Baby Boy born 28 April 20110 -
Long time no type, but I have been reading.
Well my BFF had her baby on the 31st 10 days early and she's very cute, I'm so jealous I want my wriggler out now!
29 weeks today I have a growth scan tomorrow so fingers crossed for that.
Got a body pillow from Lidl on Tuesday thanks to whoever suggested it it's heaven and has reduced me waking up every hour down to about 3 times a night.
I am so uncomfortable the little wriggler is constantly moving not kicking but shifting his whole body I think, I feel like I have internal earthquakes my whole bump shudders, and I know I prefer too much movement than not enough but not this much.
After a few births I think we've hit a quiet patch now so vibes to those at the top. And don't forget to comeback with a pic, lots of people are forgetting, guess they must be a bit busy or something?;)AKA: PC

Then I was just going to borrow my friends but hers isn't electric. Now I've seen this one half price, http://www.boots.com/en/Tommee-Tippee-Closer-to-Nature-Electric-Breast-Pump_954508/
Is electric much better than hand pump? Is it worth getting this now or will it add more pressure to me? Am I fretting about nothing?
I have this one, got it for £20 from asda online during their last baby event. I had the manual one for dd2 and got on fine with it, so imagine this will be better :-):)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)
