Im sure the thought wont register once you get going. I get waxed down there by a friend and at first I was a bitbut now I just think its her job and she sees that many that she probably doesnt feel weird about it
I know thats not really the same thing but hey ho its early morning and im just commenting lolI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Good morning ladies
Just seen on the news that North West hospitals have a massive influx of flu patients - so if you haven't had your jab and want to, get on it!
RBG - hope you managed to get back to sleep?
Alamaya - I've been very tearful recently, it was mainly over Christmas when OH and I were in the house together a lot, I find it hard to remember that he works hard and it annoys me when he just sits there using the laptop all morning while I'm blustering around the house trying to get everything tidy - we're just different, I'd rather get it out of the way early but he'd prefer to just relax and then do it all last minute! So it does really annoy me and make me tetchy and then I pick at things and start a fight.
Had my 36 week MW appt yesterday - everything's fineNot long to go now, eek!

Well it's better to be safe, they'll have seen alot worse on the maternity wards......people like me who rushed down (with DD) thinking I was in labour......I gave birth to a trapped trump!
:o
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:classic love it!
Due March you were right to go in, and that is so lovely that your friend will be delivering! Great news on the C/M too at least that's something less to worry about.
Nic hope your ok hun, I am a bit worried about you. I really hope you start feeling a bit better now that there will be some sort of normality with everyone going back to school/work/nursery xx
RBG hope you managed to get some sleep eventually and they can give you something to relieve the pain.
DH back at work today after having 2 weeks off so we'll get into some routine again thank goodness! Although he has been an absolute angel doing all the washing, the dishes, cooking and general tidying up I have been really spoiled (but just let him get on with it:D).

nic go get checked out for antenatal depression, you will feel better if you can put a name to it, if that's what it is. Though you have a lot to contend with, you're entitled to feel that way xxx
RBG how is it today?
I'm ok, no news really. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Good Morning Lady Bumps (and Lads),
I'm on annual leave untill the 16th Jan then I start my mat leave
Have been seeing a physio and cant recomend it strongly enough. Any one of you with even a slight twinge should ring your local nhs physio service asap so your in the "system". My sessions have really improved my pain, although it hasn't disapeared it is manageable and I have excercises to do to keep everything loose and working. I now have an open appointment and just need to ring to get seen straight away if it gets bad again. I was literally shuffling with a limp before went to see her and can walk fine now. ( although not allowed to walk unless necessary).
Had my last consultants appointment yesterday (only seen him twice, waste of time if you ask me) he said he was happy, no need to monitor my bloods so much (im hypothyroid) as they have remained stable. To see my MW in 2 weeks, in a week and half My baby will be "cooked" so I can feel free to labour, to have a sweep at 40 weeks then induction at 42 weeks. Baby is head down also.
I also now have everything I need either ready at home or in the post to arrive this week so finally feel like the end is imminent. Scary stuff, I'm actually going to have a little human in my arms soon and its mine . DH is panicking about names now too and he's decided (as of yesterday) that its a boy even though I've been convinced through out that its a girl.
Well thats me done with updating.
Apologise for not posting for a while.
Congrats on all the new arrivals.

I work in a gloucestershire Hospital and had my flu jab yesterday as its rife (sp) around here all of intensive care is taken up with flu patients. It hasn't made me feel ill atall. Plus I don't want to have flu with a new born or end up in a coma. I urge all you ladies to get it done. Better safe than sorry.:heart2:Married 03/09/2005

Just adding Katriandionne forgot she asked yesterday to be added. Wonder how Moltthedoll is, she has not been on here for a wee while!
Great news about finishing work now OTE! I too am hypothyroid and I would say they have monitored it more closely this time round, with DD I got one blood test at the beginning of my pregnancy and that was it but I have had 2 blood tests already so far and due probably to get another one tomorrow when i see the midwife. Although they have had to increase my medication twice to that probably is the reason for it.
Well sounds like a lot of you ladies are ready for these babies to appear so just sitting back waiting for another round of new arrivals:D! It's funny how there is a big gap and then they all seem to come at once!"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. No January babies still? whats going on?0

I got tested every 4 weeks throughout for my own piece of mind. I would just ring up to see the nurse and get it done even if I had no appts. It did fluctuate a lot but was always in the "norm":heart2:Married 03/09/2005
