    P.s 26 weeks today :) xx
    :j congrats :)
Morning. I am here aswell guys - 3rd morning in a row i have woke up at 4.26am!!!!!!!Whats that all about????
    Maternity leave starts today yeah!!!!
I'm so jealous, I have 2 more days to go, today and Wednesday. It's going to be sooooooooo boring today. Think there are 2 other people in.

What's with the getting up early?! I don't want to jinx myself but so far I've not suffered with too much problems with sleep. Had a crap sleep the other night, but it happens occassionally pregnant or not.

My belly button popped :) I was dreading it but thankfully it's not too noticeable under my t-shirts.

My OH finds me very sexy at the moment when I just feel like a frump :o I feel so bad we haven't DTD since conceiving :o But we're not even cuddling now which I miss as it's just too uncomfy in bed, I need to cuddle my pillows instead!

:D scan is soon, i woke up at 7am to find DH gone, i text him (because i would never leave a warm bed lol) and he couldn't sleep because he's ill.
    :(

Lily woke up at 8am and now im trying to dry her reindeer sleepsuit for today :)

Cant believe i will be 20wks tomorrow!
  • Just barging in :)

SarahAngel - the last time I had a blocked ear from a cold I had to use Otex to clear it, it popped within 24 hours, after a week of full on deafness.

    HTH

Thanks, I will give this a go if it doesn't clear after Christmas.

grrrrr - I could slap the MW from yesterday, I've spent all last night obsessing about the size of my bump and the fact the baby may have stopped growing. I've even convinced myself this morning that I look a lot smaller too. I have a growth scan next Wednesday but I have that niggling worry now at the back of my mind, hope it doesn't ruin Christmas for me! I suppose it will if I let it!

However, little fella has been wriggling around ok though so he is probably in a funny position because he is all up my right hand side and still sticking his bum out under my ribs!

Anyway, must drag DD out of bed (much to her disgust) as I have flu jab at 9.05.

Catch you later ladies and bumps!!

Sarah - try not to worry, as you said he is over the right hand side, she measured you up the middle, she was not at the top of uterus either nor the pelvic bone so your probably 33-34 cms. Not to mention those stupid tape measures stretch over time with tension so you would of been as well being measured by a carrot.. it would be more accurate.

    !

So when you say pop, does it physically pop or is it a gradual process. Do you wake up one morning and it's out? DO you feel it pop? Very important questions I think you'll agree :rotfl:

I would say it's a gradual process of flattening out so that one morning you don't have a belly button any more.....just a smile where it used to be!

Does it make a similar sound to when you pull your finger out of your cheek? POP. :rotfl:

Morning everyone, hope you're all feeling as well as can be expected.
Sarah, i echo Lilac, don't worry about what the midwife said, the tape measures are so unaccurate. I'm convinced my bubs is huge due to the size of my belly (must try to do a pic) but he will be what he will be. As long as you can still feel him moving, then i'm sure everythings fine.

Anyway, no news here. Had a giggle at all the comments from last night. DH wondered what i was laughing about, i told him about perrenial massage and he seemed quite interested....i said not a chance!

Just want to post my ticker, can't believe i only have 73 days to go, so not ready for this baby!

Morning ladies - quite upset I missed all the comedy posts last night! Ah well. Had a pretty good night's sleep, no more CM last night but another bit this morning. Baby doesn't seem to be moving too much today - have had a few very active days though and my bump seems lower today so I'm hoping he's just moved positions a bit - I can feel a few twitches but nothing like what I've had the past few days.

I'm so glad you've said that - we haven't either. I've promised OH the day I turn full term he can have a go ;)

My button has flattened out as well but it's not an outy yet - not quite anyway!
