I'm not due to see her now until the 6th Jan. Never mind just one of these things, I wasn't expecting to get it anyway (it would have been nice though;))

No I am exactly 24 weeks on the 1st Jan. I'm due after you

Do I need to apply for it now then? I'm seeing my MW on 29/12 will that be too late?

24/25 week appointment they are supposed to give you the form with your MAT B1 form.
